My law offices have provided quality legal services to thousands of clients over a period in excess of 26 years. People have come to know my firm as insightful, fair, anxious to settle a case but willing to go to trial if the terms are not beneficial to my client, very computer oriented and very knowledgeable in the law. My clients are always kept abreast of the action taken in their case, receive copies of court orders upon entry, receive copies of correspondence received and sent and encouraged to make appointments to come to my office if they have any questions or don't understand something. Client files are scanned and stored electronically for quick retrieval. The retainer fees that are charged are fair and reasonable based upon my experience. When my firm takes a case we plan on staying on the case until its completion - we don't take a case and charge a very small retainer fee with the intention of withdrawing as your attorney a month later if you don't pay us additional funds as many attorneys do. When you retain me, I am the one who fights for you in court - not an attorney right out of law school who is going to gain some experience by handling your case. You may find someone with very little experience who will charge you a lower retainer fee but is it worth it to you to risk losing a case or not receiving your fair share in a settlement in order to save a couple of dollars in legal fees?
